These terms of service ("ToS") govern the use of the education consultancy services offered by Renowned Education (the "Company") to its clients ("Clients"). By using the Company's services, Clients agree to be bound by these ToS.
- 1. Services The Company provides education consultancy services to Clients who are seeking advice and guidance on academic programs that align with their goals. The services provided by the Company may include, but are not limited to: - Assessing the Client's academic background, career goals, and personal interests - Suggesting academic programs and institutions that are a good fit for the Client - Providing guidance on the application process - Reviewing and editing application materials - Providing support throughout the application process
- 2. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Company. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to academic programs and applications.
- 3. Fees The fees for the Company's services will be agreed upon in advance with the Client. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company fails to provide the services agreed upon.
- 4. Confidentiality The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
- 5. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these ToS shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- 6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by the Company to the Client are owned by the Company. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute such materials without the prior written consent of the Company.
- 7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for paying any fees owed to the Company for services provided prior to the termination.
- 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These ToS will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these ToS shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- 9. Data Protection The Company will process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. The Company will only process personal data for the purpose of providing its services to the Client and will not disclose personal data to any third party without the Client's express consent, unless required by law to do so.
- 10. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the Company's services.
- 11. Modification of Terms The Company may modify these ToS at any time by posting a revised version on its website. The Client's continued use of the Company's services after such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified ToS.
- 12. Entire Agreement These ToS constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
